Challenge
Following a long stacking period with minimal upkeep, a large volume of high-spec equipment needed rapid reactivation. Reliable inspection, auditable maintenance, and full compliance were critical. Tight timelines and the remote location required a skilled partner with OEM knowledge and field expertise to minimise NPT and ensure safe, efficient mobilisation.
Solution
RigQuip deployed a specialist team with deep NOV equipment expertise to inspect and recertify the full drilling package in line with land rig maintenance and recertification requirements. The work was completed using our API Q2 certified RigPartner system, which supports land rig operations with structured procedures, remote technical support, and reporting for rig audits.
