NOV ST160 Iron Roughneck Overhaul

Our team is expert in all kinds of drilling equipment service, including high-specification iron roughnecks. Our UK facility has just completed another NOV ST160 iron roughneck overhaul.

These scopes include complete strip and inspect, followed by welding, machining, hydraulic and electrical repairs. We supply specialist replacement parts then complete full rebuild. All iron roughnecks are tested post overhaul, and this unit received full test to 160,000 ft/lb torque on our automated iron roughneck test unit. It’s now on its way to a North Sea client.
